Orders may be placed by telephone Monday-Friday 8:00 a.m. to 6 p.m. CST, or by facsimile machine, e-mail or mail.

The following information is required with each order:
1. Catalog number, quantity, volume & product name
2. Complete billing address
3. Complete shipping address (No Post Office Box numbers please)
4. Purchase order number
5. Contact's name, telephone & fax numbers
6. Requested ship date


International Orders also require:
1. Name of the nearest large city & international airport
2. Name of consignee to be contacted upon arrival of shipment
3. Completed credit application

Please place orders 3 business days in advance of requested ship date to allow time for processing.
Orders received after 1:00 pm CST will be processed as if received the following day.
Notification of shipment will be sent by fax or e-mail for international orders.

Payment Terms:
Prepayment to be made in US Dollars.
